4.2 Pricing

4.3 Payment

• Bank Transfer
• Credit/Debit Cards (subject to verification)

Payment must be received before or at the time of delivery, as applicable.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Currently, our services are available in Lahore, Pakistan. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within the specified timeframe. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Products must be returned in original condition, unused, and with original packaging
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of returned items
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect
• Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return unless defective
